PTFE Gasket Materials

For critical sealing applications, extreme chemicals or very low  temperatures, PTFE based gasket materials can be a great choice. We have a number of different options when it comes to these high performance gasket jointings so you can be sure we will be able to assist with your requirements.

Our PTFE gasket range is broken up into a number of different groups. The first is our PTFE / Fibre based materials which combine excellent chemical resistance, approvals for a wide range of applications  (including oxygen, food and water sealing) with solid pressure resistance.

Following those is our Gore GR expanded PTFE sheets. It’s an extremely high quality gasket material that has outstanding temperature and  chemical resistance and offers very good sealing performance with less torque. Finally, we also offer solid PTFE sheet in a number of different grades, thicknesses and styles.

Our whole range of PTFE materials are stocked in a large selection of sizes and can be provided in sheet form or cut into whatever size gasket you need.
