Top-Chem 2000 is a premium grade of gasket material that combines the outstanding performance of PTFE whilst eliminating many of its disadvantages. Because of its unique combination of low relaxation, outstanding chemical resistance and good tolerance of temperatures and pressures, Top-Chem 2000 is widely used for sealing in critical applications.

Utilised in applications where temperatures fall between -200ºC and 250ºC, Top-Chem 2000 exhibits excellent resistance to a wide variety of chemicals and media. Unlike many other filled PTFE materials on the market, Top-Chem 2000 exhibits very low relaxation (even at elevated pressures and temperatures) which allows bolt forces to be maintained even under extreme operating conditions.

A very high quality material, Top-Chem 2000 has been certified / approved by a number of international organisations. These include BAM, KTW, DIN-DVGW, TA-Luft, Germanischer Lloyd, the United States Coast Guard and the FDA. More information on each approval is available upon request.

Available Sizes
