Silica Cloths

When it comes to high temperature fabric, there’s typically a trade-off between mechanical strength and temperature rating.

Fibreglass is strong, yet limited to about 550°C. Ceramic withstands far higher temperatures, but is limited in strength. Silica cloths bridge this divide.

All  of these incredibly effective, long lasting insulation materials are available in a selection of sizes and can be bought by the roll, in cut  lengths or in a whole range of custom fabricated parts.
