Marigold 344 Packing is a high quality valve packing manufactured from 100% pure PTFE filaments that are thoroughly impregnated with a PTFE suspensoidal blocking agent. The finished product is a long lasting packing containing no sacrificial lubricants that will wear out.

Marigold 344 Packing offers excellent heat dispersion properties and is utilised in applications with temperatures up to 260ºC. Interlock braided, Marigold 344 Packing has an extremely low coefficient of friction which will minimise shaft wear.

This quality compression packing is utilised in applications with a pressure rating of up to 20 BAR and, die to its construction from 100% PTFE filaments, will resist degradation from chemicals across the full 0-14 pH scale.

Available Sizes

Marigold 344 is available from AG in sizes ranging from 3.2mm² to 25.4mm². This packing is generally supplied in 8mtr packs though other lengths, and sizes, can be provided upon request.

In addition to this standard grade, AG also offers four other, similar PTFE fibre packings. These include our Marigold 344-SC (silicone core), 344BIL (manufactured with a break-in lubricant), 344BIL-SC (lubricant & silicone core) and Marigold 344FDA (utilised in food applications).
