Marigold 8100BIL Packing is a high quality packing produced from a combination of graphite filament and PTFE which are treated with a proprietary high speed lubricant for quick break in and low friction during operation. This premium quality compression packing has excellent chemical resistance (used with media across the entire 0-14 pH scale) and is used in applications with temperatures ranging from -212ºC to 275ºC.

Marigold 8100BIL is an interlock braided packing designed for long lasting performance. This grade is more resistant to extrusion than many other PTFE/Graphite blend packings whilst still offering the outstanding heat dissipation characteristics of graphite combined with the unparalleled chemical resistance of PTFE.

Designed for applications which require very low friction sealing performance, Marigold 8100BIL Packing is utilised on a range of valves, centrifugal pumps and high speed and reciprocating pumps with shaft speeds of no greater than 10 MPS and pressure ratings up to 20 BAR.
