Topgraph 2000 is a high quality gasket material manufactured from graphite and a specialised blend of synthetic fibres. Topgraph 2000 exhibits excellent flexibility combined with a high degree of stability that allows it to offer excellent reliability and handling.

Utilised in applications with elevated temperatures, Topgraph 2000 has a very high load bearing capacity and minimal embrittlement in temperatures ranging up to 300ºC (when used with steam, in some other applications Topgraph 2000 may resist temperatures up to 500ºC).

The combination of these features results in a gasket material that resists damage during fitting and operation as well as preventing the loss of torque and the forming of cracks at high temperatures. This high performance gasket material is also certified to a number of international standards (including BAM, KTW, DIN-DVGW and TA-Luft amongst others) and is used with a wide variety of chemicals and media.

AG offers Topgraph 2000 in a number of different sheet sizes and in thicknesses that range from 0.4mm to 3mm. Like all of our gasket materials, AG can also provide fabricated gaskets made from Topgraph 2000 to suit all standard and custom flanges. These can all be produced on short lead times to match the needs of even the most urgent application.
