C6327 is a soft and highly flexible gasket material which is excellent for sealing in applications with low surface loads. Manufactured from a combination of aramide and organic fibres bound with styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), this high quality material has controlled swelling characteristics once it comes into contact with oils and fuels. This allows C6327 Gasket Material to offer excellent conformity with flange surfaces, even at low surface loads.

Red/Maroon in colour, C6327 Gasket Material is typically used for manufacturing gaskets for liquid or steam sealing applications with lower pressures, temperatures and bolt loads. It is widely used with both fuels and oils and is of particular benefit with these mediums in applications where only minimal bolt loading can be applied in order to generate a seal.

C6327 is available in both sheet and cut gasket form from AG. Standard thicknesses are 0.5mm, 1mm and 1.5mm though others can be produced upon request. Our standard sheets of 2000mm / 1500mm can be supplied as is or quickly cut into gaskets to suit all types of standard and non-standard flanges. Custom dimensioned items can be produced from used samples, sketches or dimension lists and rapidly prototyped (if desired), checked, placed into production and delivered in a matter of days.
