Weicon Silicone Spray is a high quality lubrication spray that also acts as a highly effective separating agent. This versatile spray effectively lubricates moving parts made from a wide variety of different materials and is widely used in heavy duty industrial applications. In addition, our Silicone Spray also serves as a good preservation agent for the care of rubber, plastic and metal parts.
Based on specially engineered formula containing a large portion of silicone oil, Weicon Silicone Spray is colourless and has a solvent-like odour. This high quality, German made product is utilised in applications where temperatures fall between -50ºC and 250ºC. Some of the known applications for this product (there are many, many more) include:
- Preventing the development of adhesive residue in presses and guides
- Preventing the adhesion of goods to conveyor belts, channels and sideways
- Lubricating the rollers in conveyor systems
- Protects electrical contacts from moisture
- Caring for rubber, plastic and metal parts
- Protecting rubber parts from becoming brittle, freezing or adhering
Weicon Silicone Spray is very easy to use. Simply clean and degrease the surfaces to be treated and spray from a distance of about 25cm. Once applied, this high quality technical spray will create a durable and long lasting film that will provide effective lubrication, allow easy separation, or protect parts over a long service life.

AG offers Weicon Silicone Spray in 400ml aerosol form. We also offer a bulk liquid version in a variety of different container sizes.
Processing
Surfaces that are to be treated with Weicon Silicone Spray should first be cleaned and degreased (Weicon Surface Cleaner is excellent for this). Once this is done, shake the can of Silicone Spray and spray from a distance of about 25cm.
