Flex 310 M FireSeal is a special elastic adhesive sealant that has a fire resistance rating for up to 120 minutes. Based on MS Polymers, this adhesive is permanently elastic and compatible with a wide range of material types and bonding requirements.

Flex 310M FireSeal has been tested and classified for all joint structures according to EN 1366-4. It meets the requirements of the International Maritime Organisation IMO FTPC Parts 2+5 as well as for rail vehicles in accordance with DIN EN 45545-2 R22/23 HL3.

Flex FireSeal emits very low emissions while being applied and curing making it safe for indoor application and use in confined spaces. It adheres very well even to powder-coated, painted, galvanised, anodised, chromed and hot-dip galvanised surfaces. It is suitable for use on metal, plastics, concrete and wood. This paint-compatible sealant cures with very low shrinkage.

It is suitable for fire barriers and covers, for joints in non-structural components with fire resistance requirements, for connection joints and for sealing cable ducts, pipe openings and housings. Flex 310 M FireSeal can also be used in other industrial areas, such as vehicle and body construction, container construction, apparatus and fittings construction, the energy and electrical industries, insulation technology and plastics technology.

Flex 310 M Fire-Seal is available from Associated Gaskets in 310ml tubes. The only available colour is grey.

This quality adhesive sealant is manufactured in Germany. It will withstand continuous exposure to temperature between -40°C and +90°C. It will cure to about 26 Shore A in hardness and have a max. elongation rating of 225%.
