Weicon Bio-Cut Spray

Weicon Bio-Cut Spray is a high quality cutting oil used for lubricating high speed turning, moving and cutting parts. Since it’s packaged as an easy to use spray, Bio-Cut can be quickly applied to parts so that downtime is minimised.

Weicon Bio-Cut Spray contains absolutely no mineral oil and has been self-classified as water-pollutant class 1 according to VwVwS (German Administrative Regulation Regarding Water Pollutants). This environmentally friendly spray is also completely biodegradable and therefore an excellent choice for workshops looking to minimise their environmental footprint or comply with environmental standards.

This gentle effect on the environment in no way compromises Weicon Bio-Cut Spray’s effectiveness as a lubricating oil. In fact, the particularly high lubricating power of Bio-Cut enables high speed cutting, longer tool lives and, as a result, increased tool cutting performance.

Weicon Bio-Cut Spray is colourless and almost odourless. It is used in environments where temperatures reach as high as 200ºC.

Available Sizes

Weicon Bio-Cut Spray is available in 400ml aerosols. For heavy industrial users a bulk liquid version is also available.

Use

The can of Weicon Bio-Cut Spray should be shaken thoroughly before use. Once this has been done spray on at a distance of about 20-25cm.
