Weicon Bio-Cut Fluid is a high quality cutting oil used for lubricating high speed turning, moving and cutting parts. When applied Bio-cut protects machines and fixtures against corrosion for a long time enabling high speed cutting, longer tool lives and increased performance.
Weicon Bio-Cut Fluid is packaged in a bulk liquid form which means it contains no flammable propellants and is environmentally friendly as there are less emissions and less packaging refuse when compared to using smaller size aerosol cans. Weicon Bio-Cut Fluid contains no mineral oil, is colourless and almost odourless and can be used in applications with temperatures reaching up to 200ºC.
This environmentally friendly spray is also completely biodegradable and therefore an excellent choice for workshops looking to minimise their environmental footprint or comply with environmental standards.

Available Sizes
Weicon Bio-Cut Fluid is available in 250ml & 500ml bottles and 5L, 10L and 30L bulk containers. For smaller lubricating jobs, a 400ml spray version is also available. Bio-Cut fluid can be dispensed using most conventional dispensing equipment as well as with Weicon’s own WSD 400 & WPS 1500 dispensers.
