AG’s red silicone coated fibreglass cloths again consist of a base fibreglass fabric, coated on both side with a silicone rubber. This grade differs from the grey in that the finish is a solid silicone rubber which offers a barrier against liquids and gases. Used in temperatures up to 260ºC (the base fibreglass is capable of higher performance) AG’s red silicone coated fibreglass cloth is often utilised for high temperature gaskets, blankets and fabricated insulation components.

AG stocks these insulation materials in both 1.5mm & 3mm as standard whilst also holding double fibreglass layered thicker stock offering dual thermal insulation barriers with three layers of red silicone rubber.
