Hyperstrip PF2 Release Tape is a high quality product manufactured from PET film that is coated on both sides with a non-migratory silicone resin. It is available in both tape and log roll form and is typically used as a release agent for the hot pressing of high voltage electrical coil insulations.
The silicone resin used in the production of Hyperstrip PF2 is fully cured and acts as an excellent release agent. It also allows this tape to exhibit very good high temperature resistance (of up to 180ºC for short periods) and consistent, reliable performance.

Available Sizes of Hyperstrip PF2 Release Tape
Hyperstrip PF2 Release Tape is available in standard or custom slit rolls from Associated Gaskets.
Standard rolls are 25mm Wide x 100mtrs long and are supplied on a 76mm (3”) ID core.
Custom slit rolls can also be provided on request. Using our own, in-house, slitting facilities AG can produce rolls of Hyperstrip from the narrowest widths all the way up to the maximum log roll width of 1045mm (though admittedly, we wouldn’t have to do a lot of slitting for full log roll width rolls!).
