Hypalon Rubber is a premium grade of synthetic rubber most commonly found in sheet form. This rubber is specifically designed to exhibit excellent resistance to a wide range of chemicals and acids whilst also displaying good resistance to temperature (-35ºC to 110ºC), weather, UV and abrasion.

Hypalon rubber is manufactured from 100% Chlorosuplonated polyethylene and carries an ASTM designation of CSM. Like most CSM compounds, Hypalon Rubber resists fire and is self-extinguishing which has seen it used heavily in the construction and electrical industries. Black in colour, this rubber has a listed hardness of 60 (±5) Shore A and is available in standard thicknesses of 1.5mm, 3mm and 6mm.

AG can provide this high quality rubber in roll, metre of fabricated component form. Our extensive fabrication facilities can produce accurately cut strips, slit rolls or intricately shaped components on tight lead times. AG is able to manufacture from your samples, sketches or dimension lists.
