Hydrowrap is the ultimate in convenient, one step instant pipe repair. This revolutionary product is an economical, permanent, high strength and easy to use alternative to welding, sleeving and other traditional options for repairing on reinforcing the integrity of any fluid bearing lines or vessels. Manufactured from fibreglass which has been impregnated with a specialised water activated resin, Hydrowrap is simple, versatile and effective.

Application of Hydrowrap is as simple as roughening the area which needs repair, immersing Hydrowrap in water for 20 seconds, wrapping the damaged area tightly (ensuring an extension past the damaged area), and holding tight until Hydrowrap is set. There’s no mixing, no measuring and no clean up.

Hydrowrap can be used for pipe repair, pipe reinforcement, corrosion, dielectric and abrasion protection and the sealing of joints and ducts. The range of materials to which Hydrowrap can be applied is almost as extensive as the list of applications. This includes both ferrous and non-ferrous metals, PVC/Plastics, fibreglass, cement, rubber and wood.

Hydrowrap contains no harmful solvents and can be used on both water and food lines. White in colour, this product can withstanding continuous temperatures up to 93ºC though it can resist higher temperatures (204ºC) during its 24-hour full cure cycle.

Hydrowrap is available from AG in a number of different sizes. These range from 51mm x 1.5mtr packs through to 244mm x 45.72mtr kits.
