ACN60 Cork is a high quality grade of cork sheet that combines the excellent durability and toughness of quality cork granules with the elastomeric properties and fuel resistance of Nitrile rubber. This grade of cork displays excellent compressive  and tensile strength coupled with a temperature range of -30ºC to 125ºC.

Manufactured by Amorim®, the world-leader in cork composite materials, AG’s ACN60 Cork is often used for sealing in applications which require its outstanding resistance to oils (particularly transformer oil). AG offers this high quality grade of cork in standard sheets measuring 1270mm / 1040mm as well as rolls and cut component form.

Sheet thicknesses range from 0.8mm to 9.5mm as standard, though other thicknesses can be produced upon request. All sheets can be supplied as is or fabricated into custom components. AG can produce gaskets and other components made from ACN60 from dimension lists, drawings, sketches or samples and can deliver on short lead times with no minimum order quantity.

Slit rolls of this material can also be provided in a number of different thicknesses and lengths. Some stock is available for quick delivery whilst custom sizes can be slit by AG to suit the needs of your application. Cork rolls are an excellent option for sealing transformers after field repair as they can be easily converted to strips, dovetail cut at the ends, and installed. For repetitive sizes,

AG can also provide pre-cut strip lengths or cork rolls with pre-punched bolt holes which allow for easy installation.
