Weicon Silicone Fluid is a high quality lubricant that also serves as a highly effective separating agent. This versatile technical liquid exhibits excellent lubricating properties and also serves as a good preservation agent for the care of rubber, plastic and metal parts.

Based on silicone oil, Weicon Silicone Fluid is clear in colour and has a solvent-like odour. This high quality, German made product is utilised in applications where temperatures fall between -50ºC and 250ºC. Some of the known applications for this product (there are many, many more) include:

• Preventing the development of adhesive residue in presses and guides
• Preventing the adhesion of goods on conveyor belts, channels and sideways
• Caring for rubber, plastic and metal parts
• Protecting rubber parts from becoming brittle, freezing or adhering

Available Sizes

This high quality and very economical lubricating and separating agent is available in 5L, 10L and 30L containers all of which are compatible with both Weicon WSD 400 Pressurised Air Spray Cans and Weicon WPS 1500 Pump Dispensers (both of which are available from AG).

An easy to use aerosol version is also available.

Processing

Surfaces that are to be treated with Weicon Silicone Fluid should first be cleaned and degreased (Weicon Surface Cleaner is excellent for this). Once this is done, apply the silicone fluid with either a brush or by spay dispenser. Spread with a clean, soft cloth.
