Weicon Rust-Shock Spray loosens all kinds of rusted screwed connections acting as a “chemical screwdriver” to make disassembly easy.

Based on a unique formula, this high quality spray works using a two-step method that first chills the corroded piece which allows Rust-Shock to deeply penetrate the small spaces created by the sold shrinking using its high capillary effect.

Once it has reached the rust, Rust-Shock loosens the rust crystals (in just seconds) and neutralises the connection between rust layers.

Weicon Rust-Shock is free of mineral oil, silicone and grease and leaves absolutely no residue or trace. Treated areas can even be painted over just minutes after application.

Rust-Shock Spray is blue in colour and has a smell that is similar to industrial solvents. Potential applications for this quality spray include:

  • Car servicing and repair
  • Construction and agricultural machinery
  • Oil processing
  • In the power generation and chemical industries
  • Heavy industry and mining
Available Sizes

Weicon Rust Shock is available from AG in 400ml aerosol cans.

Processing

To use Weicon Rust-Shock Spray, shake the can until mixed. Spray from a distance of about 15cm and allow 10-20 seconds for the spray to work. Once this time has elapsed, unscrew the connection. With extremely rusted parts it may be necessary to repeat the process.
