Weicon Aluminium Spray A400 – High Brilliance is an easy to use metallic spray made using highly pure (99.5% approx.) flaky aluminium pigments with a hydrocarbon resin. This spray leaves a bright, sheeny, aluminium finish on parts which also serves to protect them against corrosion.

Fast acting, Weicon Aluminium Spray A400 is dust dry after about 10 minutes and hardened after about 4 hours (unlike A100 Spray, it cannot be painted over). As a result of the specialised engineering process used in its manufacture, Weicon Aluminium Spray A400 does not suffer from the same problems that can plague other aluminium sprays. The precise mix of propellants used means the whole can is available for use with no metal residue wasted.

Used in both indoor and outdoor environments, Weicon Aluminium Spray A400 is resistant to attack from many diluted acids, lye and atmospheric factors. It is often used for the coating of aluminium parts in refrigeration, ventilation, combustion, pipeline, machine housing, car body parts and in model construction applications.

For an abrasion resistant grade that can be painted, we suggest Weicon Aluminium Spray A100 or, for a liquid paint, we suggest Weicon Aluminium Paint.
