Available in both plain and complete with a brass wire insert for added strength, tacky fibreglass cloth is a woven roving fibreglass fabric that has been specially treated with a tacky finish. This material is often used in the manufacture of high temperature gaskets and tadpole tapes and offers excellent solvent, sunlight and age resistance, and possesses a very good ability to resist abrasion.

Both grades are available only in 1.5mm thick and are used for continuous service in applications reaching 540ºC.
