AG’s Nitrile Slit Rubber Rolls are commonly used for sealing applications which require the excellent sealing performance of Nitrile rubber, coupled with the convenience of a precisely slit rubber tape. Available in a range of colours, sizes, hardnesses and grades, Nitrile rubber offers outstanding resistance to oils, fuels and hydrocarbons, good mechanical properties and ageing characteristics.

Slit rolls of Nitrile rubber can be produced by AG in widths ranging from 6mm through to just under maximum roll width (usually 1200mm). Lengths can be varied to suit your needs and, for extra-long lengths, we can also add dovetail joins to each roll so that they can be placed sequentially in their application.

Nitrile Slit Rubber Rolls are available with or without adhesive backing and can be provided with holes placed at custom intervals along the roll length to allow easy bolt on application (especially to vertical surfaces). As these rolls are slit in house by AG, we can offer these handy sealing solutions in the full range of our Nitrile rubbers.
