AG’s Neoprene rubber is an economical form of rubber sheet with good weathering, abrasion and heat resistance and moderate resistance to oil and petroleum products. This rubber material is used for all kinds of gasket, seal, wiper and wear protection applications due to its good all-round properties and long lasting performance. Manufactured from Chloroprene this rubber carries the ASTM designation CR.

AG’s standard grade of Neoprene rubber is black in colour and has a hardness of 60 (±5) Shore A. It is typically used in applications with temperatures up to 90ºC and is available by the roll, metre or in custom component forms. AG carries enormous stocks of Neoprene rubber in thicknesses ranging from 0.8mm to 25mm. Rolls are usually 1200mm wide though some extra wide stock is also available.

In addition to offering this economical rubber by the roll or metre, AG often supplies fabricated Neoprene components. Many sizes of Neoprene table gaskets are available in stock with all sizes able to be produced for quick delivery. We can also manufacture all kinds of custom sized gasket, cut strips, irregular sized pieces, moulded seals and slit rolls out of Neoprene and can even apply peel-off adhesive backing if required.
