Finpac Gasket Material is a very economical grade of low-density sealing material designed for light-duty applications. Flexible with a high rubber content that allows excellent conformability and reliable low pressure sealing, Finpac is ideal for narrow width, glass lined or plastic flanges in everyday applications.
Produced from recycled materials and a styrene butadiene binder, Finpac gasket material is available in a variety of thicknesses and is available in roll form which makes it ideal for longer gaskets or sealing strips.
Finpac Gasket material is designed for low pressure sealing environments and has a density of 0.56 g/cm³. It is used in applications with intermittent operating temperatures of up to 180ºC.
Available Sizes
Finpac is available from Associated Gaskets in 0.4mm, 0.8mm, 1mm and 1.5mm thick. The standard width of the rolls is 1016mm and this material can be supplied by the metre or, most commonly, in cut component form.
Our Knife Cutting and Water-Cutting facilities are perfect for producing quick, custom shaped Finpac gaskets in small quantities and with fast turnaround times. The fact that there’s no setup costs for dies along with the already economical nature of Finpac ensures that this is a cost effective option for general purpose sealing requirements.
Finpac gaskets can be produced from drawings, sketches or dimension lists or reproduced based on any sample you may have.
