TS9016 Gasket Material is a very economical grade of compressed gasket fibre designed specifically for sealing oil and water. Manufactured from a combination of aramid and cellulose fibres that are bound with a fully cured styrene butadiene rubber binder, TS9016 Gasket Material exhibits excellent flexibility and can be easily cut to whatever gasket size is required.

TS9016 has a minimum density of 1.44 g/cm³ and a minimum recovery rating of 40% (both tested in accordance with ASTM F 104 Type 1 testing methods).

TS9016 Gasket Material is used in applications where short-term temperatures may peak as high as 290ºC.

TS9016 Gasket Material is stocked in rolls by Associated Gaskets and is typically sold by the metre or as cut gaskets. Our knife-cutting, die-cutting or water-cutting facilities enable us to offer quick, economical and accurate custom-cut TS9016 gaskets to suit whatever flange size is required.

Custom gaskets can be produced from drawings, sketches, dimension lists or based on used samples.

For gaskets up to 1016mm wide/diameter, these can be supplied in one piece as this is the roll width of this material. Larger gaskets can also be supplied but will be done so in either dovetailed or glued segments (depending on your preference).
