Weicon Spray-On Grease H1 is an odourless and tasteless lubricating grease that has been specially formulated to meet the rigorous requirements of the food and pharmaceutical industries. Yellowish-White in colour, Weicon Spray-On Grease H1 is utilised in applications with temperatures that are between -40ºC and 160ºC.

This high quality product has been tested in accordance with NSF H1 LMBG § 31 and § 21 (Non-Food Compounds Registration Program).

Weicon Spray-On Grease H1 is typically used for the lubrication of moving parts and machinery in applications where direct contact with food or controlled substances cannot be eliminated. As a result, it is widely used throughout the food and beverage processing industries including in industrial abattoirs, canneries, coffee roasting operations, industrial kitchens, swimming pools, hotels and hospitals. Typical applications include:

• Fitting and packing machines
• Conveyors and sorting plants
• Transport and storage systems

Processing

Weicon Spray-On Grease H1 is very easy to use. Simply allow the product to reach room-temperature, clean the surface to be treated and shake the can until the mixing ball can be heard. From there, spray the lubricating grease on from a distance of approximately 15cm.
