Made from a special grade of Nylon (6/6 Polyamide with Ascend Vydyen 25WPS) our UV Resistant Nylon Cable Ties are designed for long term performance under the harsh Australian sun. Available in a selection of sizes, these high-quality cable ties are designed to withstand 7+ years of outdoor exposure, are UL approved and RoHs compliant.

Technical Information.

Our UV Resistant Nylon Cable Ties are manufactured from black, 6/6 Polyamide with Ascend Vydyen 25WSP. They have a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and can withstand short-term spikes up to +110°C.

These high quality cable ties have good chemical resistance and withstand attack from most bases, oils, greases, oil derivatives and solvents. They have only a limited resistance to acids and are not suitable for use with phenols.

UV Resistant Cable Ties from Associated Gaskets have been tested and certified in accordance with a variety of international standards. These include:

♦ UL 94-V2 for Flammability.
♦ UL Listed under File E 469183, Standard Ul 62275.
♦ RoHS: Directive 2011/65/EU.
♦ PAHs: Based on EN14372:2004.
