Manufactured from 0.13mm thick glass cloth with a silicone thermosetting adhesive, AG’s GL06 Adhesive Glass Tape is highly conformable, offers good electrical insulation performance, and is utilised in 180ºC (Class H) electrical applications. With a total thickness of just 0.2mm and good adhesive power, this tape can be thermoset to increase its resistance to common solvents used in electrical applications and features a fray-free edge for tidy application.

GL06 Adhesive Glass Tape is utilised in a range of electrical repair and manufacturing applications. Specifically, its excellent impregnability often leads to its use in traction motors and transformers designed to run at high temperatures. AG carries this tape in a range of standard widths (12mm, 18mm, 24mm) whilst also utilising our extensive slitting facilities to offer custom width rolls to suit individual applications. Standard roll length for GL06 is 55mtrs.
