Staffed by highly trained and experienced personnel, AG’s Sewing department works to produce all kinds of custom-made expansion joints, bellows, pumps covers, thermal shields, welding blankets and individual components. Utilising our enormous range of materials, this allows AG to offer customised solutions for all kinds of sealing and insulation applications.
Whether you require a simple expansion joint to suit standard size flanges, or a complex, multi-part thermal insulation solution, AG can provide exactly what your application requires. Components can be produced from samples, drawings, sketches or dimension lists (or, if the application is particularly complex and hard to measure, our Technical Representatives will be happy to visit the site to assist) whilst our experienced team will be happy to work with you to identify the very best material (or materials, as is often the case) for your requirements.
Sewn items can be produced using almost any of AG’s wide range of insulating cloth, tape, batt, felt, rope or elastomeric materials which enables solutions to be fashioned for almost any application. These can then be finished using our range of high quality adhesive tapes, threads, silicones or adhesives.
