Weicon Zinc Alu Spray is used for the long lasting protection of all metal surfaces against damage from rust and corrosion. This quick drying adhesive spray exhibits excellent resistance to a wide range of chemicals and is suited to both indoor and outdoor environments. Weicon Zinc Alu Spray is colour matched to RAL 9006 “Fresh Hot Dip Galvanised” and creates an aesthetically pleasing coating on all kinds of metal components and structures.

Manufactured from zinc and aluminium pigments with an acrylic resin, Weicon Zinc Alu Spray creates abrasion resistant coatings that displayed no hair cracking when subjected to the DIN EN ISO 1519 Mandrel Bend Test.

Weicon Zinc Alu Spray is dust dry after about 15 minutes and can be painted over after around 12 hours (without pre-treatment). Once cured, it resists temperatures between -50ºC and 300ºC. When being applied to surfaces likely to resists adhesion, Weicon Zinc Spray can be used as a primer for Zinc Alu Spray.

Weicon Zinc Alu Spray is typically used for the repair of damaged zinc coatings or for touching up welded or drilled sections.
