Weicon Parts and Assembly Cleaner Fluid is a highly effective cleaner designed for the cleaning of oily, greasy or heavily soiled components.
This high quality, German-made technical liquid has a high flash point (>60ºC for the active substance) and corresponds with the old German Vbf Classification AIII for safe work. This, along with the fact that it is free of acetone, butanol and ethyl acetate, makes Weicon Parts and Assembly Cleaner Fluid an excellent choice for highly regulated or safety conscious workshops.
With excellent cleaning power and a high degree of versatility, Weicon Parts and Assembly Cleaner Fluid is used in a wide range of applications. These include:
- The quick and efficient cleaning of all kinds of aggregates, assembly parts, construction parts and tools
- The removal of oils, greases and other soiling from all kinds of metal parts
- The cleaning of brakes, clutches, motor parts and other automotive components
Weicon Parts and Assembly Cleaner Fluid also offers and extended work time which allows it to be used for cleaning large surface areas.
Parts and Assembly Cleaner is colourless and incredibly easy to use. Simply apply a sufficient quantity onto the area to be cleaned and allow to react. If necessary, wipe off with a clean cloth. Repeat process for heavily soiled surfaces.
Weicon Parts and Assembly Cleaner Fluid should not be used for preparing parts that are to be bonded. Care should also be taken to test compatibility with sensitive plastics or elastomers prior to use. Paints can also be attacked.
