Weicon Copper Spray is a high quality metallic spray used for creating copper coloured protective and decorative coatings. This easy to use spray is weather resistant and offers high adhesion to a range of substrates.

Dust dry after around 10 minutes (approx.) and hardened after 4-6 hours (approx.), Weicon Copper Spray is used in a wide range of applications, including; coating sheet metal window sills, coating galvanised sheets, roof gutters and drainage pipes and for general decorating and craftwork.

Engineered with a high copper content (there’s approximately 50% in the dry film), Weicon Copper Spray can be used both indoors and outdoors. Once cured this spray forms an effective nonferrous metal coating that withstands temperatures between -50ºC and 300ºC.

Available Sizes

Weicon Copper Spray is available from your local AG in 400ml Aerosols. This high quality product is typically used in conjunction with Weicon Cleaner S for surface preparation and, for difficult materials that require it, Weicon Zinc Spray which serves as a primer for the Copper Spray.

Processing

Clean and degrease surfaces with Cleaner S. Shake the can of Copper Spray before use until the mixing ball can be heard. Spray on evenly and crosswise at room temperature (approx 20ºC) and from a distance of around 25cm. Copper spray will be dust dry after about 10 minutes and fully hardened after 4-6 hours.
