Voltis HGW 2083 is a premium quality electrical laminate consisting of ultra-fine weave layers of cotton cloth combined with a specialised phenolic resin. This material conforms to PF CC 203 acc. 60893 and Hgw 2083 acc. DIN 7735 requirements and is used in low voltage electrical applications which require an insulating laminate with high mechanical strength and the ability to be machined to tight tolerances.

The ultra-fine weave cotton cloth used in this laminate allows the machining of precise parts for critical applications and minimises the risk of cracking, fracturing or snapping edges or other fine portions. AG offers Voltis HGW 2083 is both sheet and custom component form with standard sheet thicknesses ranging from 0.2mm through to 120mm.
