High – Temperature Flexible Electrical Cable
Associated Gaskets Techprene 155 flexible cable is a high-temperature electrical cable designed for reliable performance in demanding electrical and industrial applications. Featuring an extra-flexible tinned copper conductor contained in a halogen-free cross-linked polyolefin insulation, Techprene 155 provides excellent mechanical resistance and good resistance to UV exposure, ozone and chemical substances.
With a 450/750 VAC voltage rating and an operating temperature of up to 155°C, Techprene is particularly suitable for fixed and protected installations where reliable electrical insulation and temperature resistance are required.

Cable Construction
Conductor: Extra-flexible electrolytic tinned copper conductor manufactured in accordance with IEC 60228.
Insulation: Halogen-free, cross-linked polyolefin insulation with low smoke emission and no toxic or corrosive gases.
Designed to provide reliable electrical protection while maintaining performance across a wide operating temperature range.
Temperature Performance
Techprene is designed for applications requiring increased temperature resistance.
For general fixed installations, the cable can operate from -40°C to +155°C for up to 3,000 hours. For electrical motor wiring applications, it is classified for operation at 120°C for 20,000 hours, in accordance with CEI EN 62114.
A peak temperature of 170°C is permitted for short periods only.

Installation Considerations
Techprene should be installed in accordance with the requirements of the intended application.
Avoid placing the cable in direct contact with or in close proximity to hot surfaces. The cable should also not be subjected to excessive pressure or mechanical stress when operating at its maximum temperature.
