AG’s Silicone Sponge Sheet SiSp-400, White, is a premium-quality, closed-cell sponge material designed for reliable low-pressure sealing in industrial, electrical, and commercial applications. With medium density and exceptional physical properties, this silicone sponge is ideal for sealing against moisture, dust, and other environmental factors.
SiSp-400 offers excellent resistance to UV, ozone, oxidation, weathering, and radiation (both cosmic and ionising). It performs reliably across a wide temperature range, from -60ºC to 230ºC (up to 250ºC for intermittent use), making it suitable for demanding environments.
This sponge is designed for optimal performance under compression (recommended maximum of 30% of original thickness) to maintain sealing effectiveness and extend product longevity. It is WRAS-approved for potable water use up to 85°C and compliant with key flammability standards, including FAR 25 and FMVSS302, ensuring safety and reliability.
