AG’s Red Silicone Rubber Sheet, 40 Duro, is a premium-grade elastomer known for its flexibility, durability, and wide temperature range. With a Shore A hardness of 40, this soft silicone sheet conforms easily, making it ideal for sealing uneven or misaligned surfaces. Its excellent resistance to UV, ozone, and extreme weather makes it suitable for outdoor applications.

Our Red Silicone Rubber Sheet can withstand temperatures from -60ºC to 230ºC (up to 250ºC for short periods), providing reliable performance in high-heat environments. It is also compliant with FDA regulations for food safety, WRAS approval for potable water contact (up to 85ºC), and meets flammability standards such as FAR 25 and MVSS302, making it suitable for diverse industries including food and beverage, construction, and power generation.

This silicone sheet also exhibits robust electrical insulation properties, high dielectric strength (23 kV/mm), and outstanding chemical compatibility. It resists exposure to ozone, ionising radiation, cosmic radiation, and various environmental factors, ensuring a long service life in demanding conditions.
