Associated Gaskets’ Silicone Coated Sleeving with Velcro is designed to protect critical hoses, cables, and wiring from intense heat, flames, molten metal splash, welding spatter, and mechanical damage. Constructed from a high-temperature fibreglass sleeve coated with self-extinguishing silicone rubber in a red oxide colour, this fire sleeve offers excellent thermal insulation and fire resistance in demanding industrial applications.
The integrated Velcro closure allows the sleeve to be installed over existing hoses and cables without disassembly, making it ideal for maintenance, retrofitting, and cable bundling. The silicone outer layer resists hydraulic fluids, oils, fuels, and contaminants, ensuring reliable performance in harsh operating conditions. The sleeving it able to insulate in environments ranging from -406C to +260ºC and has a VW-1 flammability rating.
This high temperature fire sleeve is suitable for both flexible and reinforced applications and is available in a range of diameters to suit small cables through to large hose assemblies.

Our Silicone Coated Fibreglass Sleeve with Velcro is currently available in 51mm ID, 76mm ID and 102mm ID sizes however we are able to source other diameters should you require them. The full roll length is 20 metres but should you require less, we are able to also sell it by the metre or cut length to your specifications.
