Marigold 5000T Packing is a highly durable grade of pump and valve packing manufactured from a combination of high purity graphite with a PTFE dispersion. This interlock braided packing is extremely long lasting whilst also being low leakage, self-lubricating with excellent extrusion resistance. The unique blend of graphite yarn and PTFE ensures extremely low shaft wear is achieved whilst still maintaining excellent heat dissipation.
Marigold 5000T is utilised in applications with aggressive chemicals and high pressures. It withstands attack from chemicals across the full 0-14 pH scale and is used in environments with pressure ratings as high as 34 BAR and shaft speeds of 20 MPS. Marigold 5000T has a temperature rating of 290ºC and is used in both pumps and valves.

Available Sizes
AG offers our Marigold 5000T packing is standard sizes ranging from 3.2mm² through 25.4mm². This packing is available in 8mtr lengths or long, continuous lengths for applications which require it. AG can also supply this packing as pre-formed rings for easy installation.
