Marigold 360 Packing is a premium grade, interlock braided pump and valve packing that meets FDA standards. Manufactured from PTFE hybrid yarn with a high speed lubricant, this packing exhibits excellent chemical resistance and ultra-high thermal conductivity.
Utilised in applications processing foodstuffs or potable water, Marigold 360 Packing meets the requirements of FDA CFR 177.1550 which has seen it also utilised across many industries such as the pulp and paper, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
This packing has a shaft speed rating of 15 MPS and a pressure rating of 20 BAR. It is used in environments where maximum temperatures are below 260ºC and with media across the entire (0-14) pH scale.

Available Sizes
Marigold 360 Packing is available in a variety of standard sizes (3.2mm through 25.4mm) and can also be produced in custom sizes upon request. It is available in standard spool lengths of 8 metres however longer coils or custom lengths are available upon request. AG can also produce preformed packing rings for easy installation.
