Marigold 3030INA Packing is a specialised grade of valve packing made from Inconel® wire inserted fibreglass braided over a proprietary core. An additional surface coating consisting of a specialised graphite blend is also added to reduce friction. Finally, Marigold 3030INA Packing also contains a corrosion inhibitor to protect the valve from oxidation.

Often employed in high temperature or high pressure valve applications (or expansion joint packing), Marigold 3030INA Packing withstands temperatures up to 649ºC and pressures up to 206 BAR.

Used in applications with a pH between 2-13, this specialised grade of quality compression packing exhibits good compatibility with corrosive and mild acids and alkalis, salt water, brine, petroleum and synthetic oils as well as a range of solvents (amongst other media).

Marigold 3030INA Packing is available from AG in sizes ranging from 3.2mm² through to 25.4mm² (as standard, other sizes available upon request). Like the vast majority of our gland packings, the standard length for Marigold 3030INA is 8mtrs though we can also supply in custom cut lengths or in preformed packing rings when desired.
