For applications which require an epoxy glass tube capable of withstanding higher temperatures than those covered by our standard epoxy glass, AG offers Isoval tube.  Manufactured using the temperature resistant Isoval FR4-HF resin, these high quality insulation tubes are used in environments where continuous temperatures reach 180ºC (Class H) and offer excellent physical strength and electrical insulation characteristics.

Isoval TU 21/FR4 tubes are available in a range of sizes which can be further augmented by taking advantage of AG’s ability to custom fabricate these materials to suit your individual needs.  They are commonly used in high temperature electrical applications which require a high strength insulation material and also offer good resistance to water and chemical substances.

In addition to the aforementioned flame retardant grade, a standard grade of Isoval Tube (Isoval TU22 Epoxy Glass Tube) is also available.

Both of these high quality tubes are used to make insulating top-hats, insulating bolt sleeves and all kinds of other custom electrical insulation components that can be produced to suit your exact specifications.
