Isoval TM is a specialised grade of epoxy glass laminate produced from a very fine glass cloth which is impregnated with the Isoval epoxy system. The result is a high strength laminate which offers excellent machinability characteristics along with very good chemical resistance and a limiting temperature of more than 180ºC.

Isoval TM is especially used in applications that require good machinability. The fine glass-cloth used in this grade enables it to be more easily machined than many other materials without compromising on its abilities as an electrical or thermal insulator. This material also meets or exceeds the requirements of the following international standards: IEC 60893 EP GC 203 and EP GC 308, DIN 7735 Hgw 2372.4 and NEMA LI 1 G11
