Calmicaflex 0919 End Winding Insulation Tape is a highly flexible, multilayer electrical insulation tape with high dielectric strength. This material is manufactured from a layer of mica paper which is impregnated with a specialised thermosetting epoxy resin, combined with a glass cloth carrier for added strength and covered on both sides with PET film. It is highly flexible and easy to apply and retains some flexibility after curing to allow for some shifting in the insulated conductor without compromising the insulation barrier.
Calmicaflex 0919 is primarily used for the insulation of coil overhangs and copper conductors and connections in high voltage machines.

Available Sizes
AG offers this material in both 0.13mm and 0.16mm thick grades and can supply in either standard width tape (15mm, 20mm, 25mm), by the metre (1000mm wide) or in custom slit sizes. Standard roll length for Calmicaflex 0919 is 50mtrs.
