Calmicaflex 0917 End Winding Insulation Tape is a multilayer electrical insulation material manufactured from thin mica paper that is impregnated with a thermosetting epoxy resin and coupled with a glass cloth carrier. Calmicaflex is highly flexible which makes for easy application and it even retains some flexibility after curing which allows for coil shifting without rupturing the insulation.
Possessing excellent dielectric properties, Calmicaflex 0917 is often used for the insulation of the overhang portion of coils for both high and low voltage machines as well as for the insulation of copper conductors and connections.

Available Sizes
AG offers Calmicaflex 0917 in both 0.08mm and 0.11mm thick grades and in 15mm, 20mm and 25mm wide standard tapes. We can also supply custom slit sizes from 1000mm log roll stock. Standard roll length for Calmicaflex 0917 is 50mtrs.
