Calmicaflex 0824 is a specialised grade of Calmicaflex designed specifically to provide protection against moisture. Manufactured from a combination of a glass cloth carrier, thermosetting epoxy impregnated mica and a PET film (on the mica side) Calmicaflex 0824 is highly flexible, slightly tacky and continues to offer some flexibility even after curing.

This tape is typically used for the insulation of overhangs and connections of machine coils which are exposed to extreme environmental conditions. Calmicaflex 0824 if offered by AG in tapes of various widths (though 20mm and 25mm are standard), by the metre and in log roll form.
