3M 468MP Double Sided Transfer Tape is a high quality, high performance grade of transfer tape that can be slit by AG to whatever width you require. Manufactured by 3M, this tape utilises the 200MP firm acrylic adhesive and a tan coloured liner made from moisture stable polycoated kraft paper.
The 200MP adhesive used in 3M 468MP Double Sided Adhesive Transfer Tape (and the thinner 467MP Double Sided Adhesive Tape) is clear in colour and provides excellent high temperature performance (up to 204ºC) and excellent shear strength which minuses edge lifting and prevents the slippage of parts. In addition, this adhesive exhibits great chemical resistance and can withstand splashes of organic solvents, weak acids and bases, salt water, cleaning solutions, germicidal compounds, disinfectants, oils and more. It also performs well after exposure to humidity and hot/cold cycles.
3M 468MP Double Sided Transfer Tape has a total thickness of 0.13mm (without liner) and displays high UV resistance. When being used to bond to/on plastics, this tape offers some opportunity for repositioning which allows for realignment if the first attempt was not quite correct.

Die or custom knife-cut shapes of 3M 468MP Double Sided Adhesive Tape can be quickly produced to whatever dimensions you require. This tape is excellent for securing gaskets, insulation and other sealing components as it offers excellent bond strength coupled with the ability to withstand a variety of media and operating conditions.
