An electrical insulation and protection sleeving for cables, wires and leads; Vidaflex 111 Sleeving is manufactured from braided E glass yarns that are then subjected to a light silicone varnish coating.

Vidaflex 111 Sleeving is manufactured from braided E glass yarns that are then subjected to a light silicone varnish coating. The result is a high temperature resistant, electrical insulation sleeving which is used in applications with continuous temperatures up to 250ºC or environments with short-term peaks of 450ºC.

111 Sleeving is exceptionally flexible with a thin wall construction that allows it to be fitted around tight bends. The braiding method employed for this insulating sleeving allows it to expand and stretch to fit over joins or irregularities in a cable length. This flexibility allows for easy installation and, in some cases, reduced stock requirements as a similar size sleeving can be made to fit a slightly larger conductor.

Though it exhibits excellent flexibility and the ability to stretch, Vidaflex 111 Sleeving does possess good mechanical strength and provides long lasting performance. This insulation sleeve is typically used for the insulation of conductors or high temperature cables of various types and sizes.

Available Sizes

AG offers this high quality insulation sleeving in sizes ranging from 2mm ID to 18mm ID to ensure compatibility with a wide range of applications.

All of our Vidaflex 111 sleeving is tan in colour as standard (though a black coloured variant is available for very specialised applications). Roll lengths do vary in line with the sleeving size but are typically either 100mtrs (3mm to 10mm) or 50mtrs (>10mm ID).
