AG’s KA00H Adhesive Polyimide Tape is a high performance electrical insulation tape used in elevated temperature environments. This tape is manufactured from a combination of 0.025mm thick polyimide film coated with a silicon based thermosetting pressure sensitive adhesive on one side. The finished, UL recognised, tape displays high conformability and high mechanical strength for easy application.

KA00H is typically used in the insulation of high temperature coils for electric motors and as general insulation in generators, capacitors and transformers. It can also be used for masking gold contacts on PC boards during wave soldering and hot air levelling. KA00H Adhesive Polyimide Film Tape is used in electrical applications with temperatures ranging up to 200ºC.

Available Sizes

Using our own in-house slitting facilities, AG slits each and every one of our rolls of KA00H. Standard widths are listed below but custom sizes can also be produced quickly and with no minimum order quantity. In the past, these have included rolls ranging from just 2mm width up to over 300mm in width so almost anything is possible.

Standard roll length is 33mtrs and this tape is supplied on a 3″ plastic core as standard.
