AG’s grey silicone coated fibreglass is based on a lightweight woven fibreglass cloth which has been coated with a silver-grey silicone rubber. Available in both 0.5mm & 0.8mm thick, this flexible insulator complies with the requirements of a number of MIL-Specs and offers good abrasion resistance.

The base fibreglass cloth used in this product is used in temperatures ranging to 540ºC, though the silicone rubber coating is limited to 260ºC. For special applications, other colours of silicone rubber coating can be arranged upon request.
